This rental experience includes access to the Terrain and Tubing Parks and Adventure Room! Bring your school group, sports team, birthday party, and more out to the hill and lodge for snow much fun! We are happy to accommodate group sizes up to 75 people. Currently taking Wednesday bookings for the '23-'24 season.

2-Hour Rental Fee: $550

  • (includes access to the terrain and tubing park and adventure room)

Additional Hour(s): $250 per hour

Adventure Room

Rent out this private space during your time at the Snow Park! This rental experience is perfect for larger groups who are looking to have a separate space and is available to rent anytime during regular operating hours! Terrain Park and tubing tickets are sold separately and are not included in this rental. The Adventure Room provides seating for 20 comfortably.

2-Hour Rental Fee: $175

Additional Hour(s): $75 per hour

Hot Cocoa or S’mores Package

Enhance your rental experience at Alpine Hills by adding a Hot Cocoa or S’mores package!

Hot Cocoa Add-On: 

  • $40 (includes supplies for 20 servings of hot cocoa)

  • $100 (includes supplies for 50 servings of hot cocoa)

S’mores Add-On:

  • $60 (includes supplies for 20 s'mores sandwiches)

  • $150 (includes supplies for 50 s'mores sandwiches)
